General Shipping Info

• Shipping address should be input in English without any special symbols to help the courier company recognize your address in the system. We will ship according to the shipping address you provided. Please notify us of any address change before your order is marked "Processing" to avoid parcel loss.
• Please contact our customer service staff immediately if you need to cancel or alter an order. Once your order has reached "processing" status, it can no longer be canceled or altered in any way. To avoid complications, please recheck your shopping cart before checkout.
• We can ship all in-stock orders within 2 business days as your order has been confirmed.
• All items are inspected before dispatch and are carefully hand-packed.
• With standard courier practice, you need to check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. Otherwise, we will not be held responsible for any damage that may have occurred in transit.

Free Shipping Policy*

* Certain EU Countries are not included in our EU Zone definition: United Kingdom (excluding Ireland), Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Vatican City, Albania, Belarus, Norway, Ukraine, and Iceland. For above countries the International Shipping Rule applies.

Distributors are not eligible for free shipping.

• Germany: 2-4 Business Days

Important Notice:

Faster shipping times to Western and Eastern Europe apply only to products marked as "Product Inventory Location: Germany" on the product page. If the product is not labeled with this location, it will ship from our Chinese warehouse following the corresponding shipping schedule above.

Whether shipped from Germany or China, we cover all import duties and taxes, ensuring that you receive your package without any additional costs or hassles with customs.

International Warehouses

Our products are stored in both our Shenzhen and German warehouses to provide more flexible logistics solutions tailored to different regions and customer needs. On each product's description page, we indicate the specific warehouse location to help you better plan your purchase and delivery schedule.

German Warehouse

For products stored in our warehouse in Germany, we use either Deutsche Post or DHL for shipping, depending on the size of the package. Logistics within Germany are very efficient, with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 business days, ensuring you receive your order quickly and conveniently.

Chinese Warehouse

Products shipped from our Chinese warehouse are handled by YunExpress. Given the complexities of international shipping, the estimated delivery time for these packages is around 10 business days, though this may vary slightly due to customs processes or other uncontrollable factors.

To ensure that your order is delivered within your desired timeframe, we recommend reviewing the warehouse information provided on the product pages before placing your order and selecting the appropriate shipping option. Order Status

• Pending: Your order has been submitted, but payment has not been completed.
• Confirming (Bank transfer only): We are waiting for payment to arrive or are verifying payment.
• Confirmed: Payment has been confirmed and your order will begin processing shortly.
• Processing: Your order is being processed.
• Shipped: Your package has been collected by the forwarder.
• Traceable: Tracking information for your package is now available. Please go to your order history to track the status of your package.
• Canceled: Your order has been canceled.
• Closed (Credit card only): Payment was rejected by the bank. Please place the order again and try another payment method or contact your credit card provider.

Please note that it may take 1-2 working days for Deutsche Post, DHL, YunExpress, and 4PX services to update the status from 'Shipped' to 'Traceable'.
