Company Order Workflow (RFQ → Quotation → Confirmation → Delivery)
To make the ordering process clear and efficient, we follow a standardized workflow. This ensures that every customer request is handled quickly, transparently, and professionally.

1. RFQ Submission
Please download our RFQ PDF form and fill it out with the required information.
Once completed, send the form directly to our email: info@openelab.io.
Please note: the products you request can be items already listed on our website, or products not currently listed. For products not available on our website, we will provide you with a tailored solution within 24 hours.
2. Quotation Preparation
After receiving your RFQ, our sales team will review the details together with procurement and finance.
Quoted prices (tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive) will be provided based on your region, in compliance with EU tax regulations.
We will then provide a formal quotation including:

Product details (SKU, quantity, unit price).

Total price.

Delivery lead time.
-
Accepted payment methods.
Please note: our actual inventory is consistent with the product availability shown on our platform website. For products that require advance reservation, customization, or special procurement, please confirm the specific delivery schedule with us.
After receiving the quotation, you are welcome to continue confirming details with us (e.g., product specifications, delivery schedule, payment terms) before finalizing the order.
3. Order Confirmation
Once all details are confirmed, we will issue an Order Confirmation document. At this stage, inventory will be reserved and production/shipment scheduled.
4. Invoice & Payment
We will generate and send you an Invoice based on the confirmed order. You can arrange payment via the agreed method (Bank Transfer, PayPal, Credit Card, etc.).
After completing the payment, please kindly provide us with the relevant proof of payment or send an email notification, so that we can proceed with the delivery without delay.
5. Shipment & Delivery
After payment confirmation:

Our warehouse prepares the goods for dispatch.

Logistics arranges shipment according to the agreed delivery terms.

Tracking information will be provided for monitoring.
6. After-Sales Support
Following delivery, our team will follow up to ensure satisfaction. We also provide after-sales support and assistance if required.
