The Ra-08H is a long-range, low-power LoRa module developed by Ai-Thinker, designed for LPWAN (Low-Power Wide-Area Network) applications. It is based on the ASR6601 SoC, integrating an RF transceiver, modem, and a 32-bit RISC MCU with an ARM core running at 48MHz. Supporting LoRaWAN and LinkWAN protocols, it offers robust communication capabilities for IoT, smart meters, logistics, security, and remote monitoring.
With an operating frequency range of 803–930MHz, the Ra-08H module provides high sensitivity (-138 dBm @ SF12 125kHz) and a maximum transmit power of +22 dBm, making it ideal for long-distance, low-power wireless communication.

Low Power Consumption
Designed for energy efficiency, the module supports multiple sleep modes, with a deep sleep current as low as 0.9µA, maximizing battery life for IoT applications. It operates at a low voltage range of 2.7V–3.6V, making it highly power-efficient.
Multiple Modulation & Protocols
The Ra-08H supports LoRa™, (G)FSK, BPSK, and (G)MSK modulation methods, offering flexibility for different communication needs. It is compatible with LoRaWAN and LinkWAN networks, allowing for seamless deployment across various applications.
Rich Peripheral Interfaces
Equipped with UART, GPIO, ADC, DAC, PWM, I2C, I2S, and SPI interfaces, the module supports enhanced integration with external devices. It features a high-speed UART rate of up to 4.6Mbps, with a default setting of 115200bps, ensuring fast and reliable data transmission.
Robust & Compact Design
Built with a compact SMD-18 package and dimensions of 16.0 × 16.0 × 3.2mm, the Ra-08H is optimized for embedded systems with space constraints. Its industrial-grade temperature tolerance (-40°C to 85°C) ensures stable performance in harsh environmental conditions.
