The Ra-01SCH-P is a high-performance LoRa module developed by Ai-Thinker, designed for long-range, ultra-low power wireless communication. This module operates in the 803MHz–930MHz frequency range, leveraging LoRa™ modulation technology for enhanced anti-interference, ultra-long-distance transmission, and low power consumption.

Equipped with an LLCC68 RF chip, the Ra-01SCH-P integrates a power amplifier (PA) and low-noise amplifier (LNA), delivering +29dBm transmission power with an ultra-high sensitivity of -137dBm (SF10 125KHz). It is ideal for smart agriculture, industrial automation, smart home security, and remote monitoring applications.
