HLK-LD2410C 24GHz Human Precense Radar Module
LD2410C is a highly sensitive 24GHz human presence status sensing module developed by Hi-link. Its operational principle is to employ FMCW frequency-modulated continuous waves to detect human targets within the defined space. Through the combination of radar signal processing and accurate human body sensing algorithms, it achieves high-sensitivity human presence status sensing and is capable of distinguishing between moving and stationary human bodies. Additionally, auxiliary information such as the target's distance can be computed.
This product is primarily utilized in indoor settings to detect the presence of a moving or slightly moving human body within an area and provide real-time output of the detection results. The maximum sensing range can extend up to 5 meters, with a distance resolution of 0.75m. It offers a visual configuration tool that enables easy configuration of the sensing distance range, sensing sensitivity in different intervals, and unmanned delay time, etc., to meet various specific application requirements.
It supports GPIO and UART output, is plug-and-play, and can be flexibly applied to different smart scenarios and terminal products.

Solution Advantage
LD2410C human body sensing module adopts 24GHz millimeter wave radar sensor technology. Compared with other solutions, it has obvious advantages in human body sensing applications:
- It is not only responsive to a moving human body but also can sensitively detect the static state, minute movements, and sitting and lying postures of a human body, which traditional solutions are incapable of recognizing.
- It exhibits excellent environmental adaptability, as the sensing performance remains unaffected by surrounding environmental factors such as temperature, brightness, humidity, and light fluctuations.
- It has good shell penetration capabilities and can operate concealed within the shell without the need for surface openings on the product, thereby enhancing the product's aesthetic appearance.
- It allows for flexible configuration of the maximum sensing distance and the sensitivity at each distance interval, enabling flexible and fine-tuned customization.

Human body sensor light control: It senses whether there is someone in the space, and automatically controls lights, such as lighting equipment in public places, various sensor lights, bulb lights, etc.

Human body induction wake-up of advertising screen and other equipment: Automatically turn on when people come, and automatically sleep when no one comes to save power, information delivery is more accurate and efficient.

Life safety protection: UV lamp work protection, to prevent the UV lamp from being turned on when there are people around and causing personal injury. Automatic detection and alarm of dangerous places to prevent people from entering specific high-risk spaces, such as high-risk places entered by personnel from coal mine blasting.

2. Warranty Policy
Warranty Period
The standard warranty period for products sold by OpenELAB is 12 months from the date of delivery.
Under this warranty, OpenELAB will make a reasonable effort to repair or replace products free of charge if defects are due to issues with raw materials, design, or manufacturing.
If the defect qualifies under this policy but falls outside the covered scope, reasonable charges may apply for repair or replacement.
After the warranty period, support may still be available at a reasonable fee.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- The product is beyond the 12-month warranty period.
- Damage due to misuse, improper maintenance or storage, or failure to follow the user guide or manual.
- Issues caused by Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, legal changes, etc.).
- Unauthorized repair attempts by the customer.
- The product is not defective but has been opened and is non-returnable by policy.
3. Returns & Refunds
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Return for Refund: Within 15 days of receipt (unopened).
- Return for Replacement: Within 30 days of receipt (damaged or defective).
- Exchange Window: Up to 30 days from receipt.

Return Conditions
- Items must be in original, clean, and mint condition with packaging intact.
- Returns of damaged, used, scratched, modified, or programmed items will not be accepted.
- Include the receipt, a brief note with your name, order number, and reason for return.
Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping to our warehouses in Europe, the US, or China.
- Refunds may be subject to additional shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
- A flat €8 shipping fee will be deducted for returned items that originally qualified for free shipping.
Payment Platform Fees
For refunds processed through third-party platforms such as PayPal or Braintree, a standard 3.5% service fee may be deducted to cover payment processing costs.
