HELTEC Vision Master E213 (HT-VME213) is a compact and versatile E-Ink development kit based on the ESP32-S3 microcontroller, designed for low-power wireless display applications. It supports multiple wireless communication protocols including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and LoRa, enabling flexible deployment in IoT, smart signage, and remote sensor networks.
Equipped with a default 2.13-inch black-and-white E-Ink screen, the Vision Master E213 offers ultra-low power consumption and can retain display content for up to 180 days without power, making it ideal for battery-powered or energy-constrained environments. The board is fully compatible with popular development frameworks such as Arduino, PlatformIO, and MicroPython, allowing developers to quickly prototype and deploy applications like electronic shelf labels, identity tags, and status indicators.
In addition to supporting custom firmware, the HELTEC Vision Master E213 is capable of running open-source projects such as Meshtastic, making it a practical choice for building LoRa mesh nodes with visual feedback. Can the onboard 2.4GHz antenna be replaced?
The onboard 2.4GHz antenna is a fixed spring-type antenna. The board does not include an IPEX or SMA connector for external 2.4GHz signals, so replacement or extension is not supported by default.
What development methods does it support?

What’s the battery socket type?
The board uses a standard SH1.25 x 2 battery connector. You can find compatible lithium battery packs by searching “SH1.25 x 2” online or in electronics stores.
I can not find serial port.

Important Notice:
- Please verify the inventory location on the product page before placing your order to confirm delivery timeframes.

2. Warranty Policy
Warranty Period
The standard warranty period for products sold by OpenELAB is 12 months from the date of delivery.
Under this warranty, OpenELAB will make a reasonable effort to repair or replace products free of charge if defects are due to issues with raw materials, design, or manufacturing.
If the defect qualifies under this policy but falls outside the covered scope, reasonable charges may apply for repair or replacement.
After the warranty period, support may still be available at a reasonable fee.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- The product is beyond the 12-month warranty period.
- Damage due to misuse, improper maintenance or storage, or failure to follow the user guide or manual.
- Issues caused by Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, legal changes, etc.).
- Unauthorized repair attempts by the customer.
- The product is not defective but has been opened and is non-returnable by policy.
3. Returns & Refunds
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Return for Refund: Within 15 days of receipt (unopened).
- Return for Replacement: Within 30 days of receipt (damaged or defective).

- If a return is requested due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order, etc.), both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
- For returns due to customer reasons, we will generate and provide a return shipping label.
