Espressif ESP32 C3 MINI 1 N4 Module

The ESP32-C3 series chips are equipped with a RISC-V 32-bit single-core processor. The ESP32-C3 series chips integrate a rich set of peripherals, including UART, I2C, I2S, infrared remote control peripheral, LED PWM controller, general-purpose DMA controller, TWAI® controller, USB serial/JTAG controller, temperature sensor and analogue/digital converter, etc. The ESP32-C3-MINI-1 and ESP32-C3-MINI-1 have single-wire, dual-wire and quad-wire SPI interfaces. Serial/JTAG controllers, temperature sensors, and analogue/digital converters, as well as single-, dual-, and quad-wire SPI interfaces.
The ESP32-C3-MINI-1 is available in -40 to 85 °C and -40 to 105 °C variants, with the 85 °C variant incorporating the ESP32-C3FN4 chip and the 105 °C variant incorporating the ESP32-C3FH4 chip.
The ESP32-C3-MINI-1 and ESP32-C3-MINI-1U are general-purpose Wi-Fi and low-power Bluetooth LE modules with rich peripheral interfaces in a small form factor for use in smart home, industrial automation, healthcare, consumer electronics, and other applications.
The ESP32-C3-MINI-1 features a PCB on-board antenna and the ESP32-C3-MINI-1U features a connector for an external antenna. Both modules are available in a variety of models
