Maybe you've seen a lot of LED strips in our bazaar or somewhere else, however, there are no Grove-compatible LED strips. Now, we recommend you Grove - WS2813 RGB LED Light Bar Waterproof Series. This product has significant advantages over other LED strips. Because Grove - WS2813 RGB LED Strip used WS2813 as the LED light, it is more stable and powerful than the previous WS2812. Grove - WS2813 RGB LED Strip Waterproof supports signal break-point continuous transmission, which means, double-signal line cross-transmission. Single-line transmission has a shortcoming, that is, the failure of one of the lights will affect the normal use of the entire light, but the double-signal line cross-transmission can avoid this problem, the cross-transmission of the double signal lines enables the signal to be interrupted at one point, and the other spare signal line can bypass the fault point and transmit the signal to the next pixel point. In this way, the fault can only be caused by a single light not being on, and will not cause other lights to be off. In this way, the LED light bar can be continuously transmitted at breakpoints, which saves the trouble of maintenance, and makes the installer no longer have to worry about the light bar. will be broken.

Attention
The max. power of this LED strip is 18W, the max. current is 3.6A(All the led turn to white, level 255). We recommend that you use an extra power supply to power this LED strip. For example the max. the current supplied by Arduino UNO VCC is 200mA which is not enough.

Warranty Period
The standard warranty period for products sold by OpenELAB is 12 months from the date of delivery.
Under this warranty, OpenELAB will make a reasonable effort to repair or replace products free of charge if defects are due to issues with raw materials, design, or manufacturing.
If the defect qualifies under this policy but falls outside the covered scope, reasonable charges may apply for repair or replacement.
After the warranty period, support may still be available at a reasonable fee.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- The product is beyond the 12-month warranty period.
- Damage due to misuse, improper maintenance or storage, or failure to follow the user guide or manual.
- Issues caused by Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, legal changes, etc.).
- Unauthorized repair attempts by the customer.
- The product is not defective but has been opened and is non-returnable by policy.
3. Returns & Refunds

- For returns due to customer reasons, we will generate and provide a return shipping label.
