Brief Introduction:

 

IDO-SOM3022-V1.0 uses Rockchip PX30 (ARM Cortex-A35) quad-core 64-bit super-strong CPU, and is equipped with Android/Linux system, which frequency is up to 1.5 GHz. It adopts Mali-G31 MP2 GPU and supports VC-1, H265/H264, MPEG-1/2/4, VP8 and other multi-format 1080P 60fps video decoding. Users only need to expand the baseboard to quickly realize the research and production of the project.

1.1 Features

  • PX30 Super CPU with Android or Linux System (Android8.1)
  • Supports multi-format 1080P video decoding, LCD displays that support RGB, MIPI-DSI, LVDS etc, and supports dual VOP (dual screen display) mode. 
  • Richful expansion interface: I2C, UART, SPI, SDIO3.0, USB2.0, PWM. RMII (Support 8 channel digital microphone input)
1.2 Interface design
The core board uses the SODIMM 204P interface, which has the best data transmission and expansion performance. The pins are immersed in gold to resistant corrosion . The core board is fixed with 2 studs as a whole, which is firm and reliable, and has a compact and beautiful layout,and have a good heat dissipation effect.Design size is only 67.8mm x 33.7mm, saving more valuable space. Working temperature 0 ℃ -80 ℃, long-term running performance is stable.

2. Warranty Policy

Warranty Period

The standard warranty period for products sold by OpenELAB is 12 months from the date of delivery.

Under this warranty, OpenELAB will make a reasonable effort to repair or replace products free of charge if defects are due to issues with raw materials, design, or manufacturing.

If the defect qualifies under this policy but falls outside the covered scope, reasonable charges may apply for repair or replacement.

After the warranty period, support may still be available at a reasonable fee.

  

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • The product is beyond the 12-month warranty period.
  • Damage due to misuse, improper maintenance or storage, or failure to follow the user guide or manual.
  • Issues caused by Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, legal changes, etc.).
  • Unauthorized repair attempts by the customer.
  • The product is not defective but has been opened and is non-returnable by policy.

   

3. Returns & Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Return for Refund: Within 15 days of receipt (unopened).
  • Return for Replacement: Within 30 days of receipt (damaged or defective).
  • Exchange Window: Up to 30 days from receipt.

  • Returns of damaged, used, scratched, modified, or programmed items will not be accepted.

  • Refunds may be subject to additional shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
