A collision switch module is essentially a micro switch, also known as a snap-action switch. It is an electronic switch activated by very small physical pressure and can be directly connected to a microcontroller. It integrates a load resistor and an LED indicator, making it easier to test. When physical pressure triggers the switch to close, the LED indicator on the board lights up. The working principle of the collision switch is quite simple: as shown in the schematic diagram below, when the switch is closed by external force, the module outputs a low level; when the external force is removed, the switch opens, and the module outputs a high level.
