Genmitsu PEBA White Filament Flexible High Rebound 1.75mm 90A 1KG
Genmitsu PEBA White Filament Flexible High Rebound 1.75mm 90A 1KG

🌟 The Next-Gen TPU Alternative
✅ Meet PEBA 90A flexible filament — the premium upgrade to traditional TPU. By combining nylon-level toughness with elastomer flexibility, it delivers the perfect balance of strength and softness, making it ideal for advanced 3D printing projects.
🪶 20% Lighter, Print Smarter, RoHS Compliant
📦 With a density 20% lower than TPU, PEBA enables ultra-lightweight prints without sacrificing durability. Perfect for drones, robotics, wearables, and performance parts where every gram counts.
⚡ 78% High Rebound Performance
💡 PEBA achieves up to 78% energy return — more than 30% higher than TPU. This means faster bounce-back, superior elasticity, and long-lasting resilience. Ideal for sports gear, cushioning components, and functional prototypes.
🚀 2X Faster Printing, Adjustable Flexibility
⚙️ Designed for efficiency, PEBA prints up to 2X faster than TPU with enhanced volume flow. Fine-tune hardness and flexibility through print settings, adapting seamlessly from soft insoles to structural parts.
🎨 Multi-Color & Multi-Material Compatibility
🎯 PEBA works with most multi-color and multi-material FDM 3D printers using 1.75mm filament and dual-gear extruders. Widely applicable for sports equipment, medical devices, robotics joints, cushioning solutions, and creative prototyping.
🔍 What PEBA Is & Its Performance
💡 PEBA is a block copolymer combining rigid nylon (amide) blocks and flexible ether blocks, balancing strength with elasticity. In many metrics, PEBA can surpass standard TPU: better rebound, lower weight, enhanced chemical resistance, low-temperature performance, and improved fatigue durability.
📏 For example, Fillamentum Flexfill PEBA 90A lists a printing temperature of 225–245 °C, low density, and flexibility at –60 °C.
⚡ SainSmart Rebound PEBA 95A markets a rebound rate of 78% and being 15–20% lighter than TPU.
Step into the next generation of flexible 3D printing with PEBA 90A filament — a breakthrough material that combines nylon’s toughness with polyether’s flexibility. Compared to traditional TPU, PEBA offers 15–20% lower density, 2× faster print speed, and superior rebound elasticity (70–85%), giving professional makers the freedom to create lighter, stronger, and more efficient prints.
Whether you’re prototyping sports gear, engineering functional parts, or pushing the limits of soft robotics, PEBA ensures consistent strength, adjustable via infill, while maintaining unmatched softness and durability.
✅ Compatible with most FDM 3D printing machines.
