1. Participants
Customers who have previously purchased products from the OpenELAB platform.
2. Submission Rules
- A completed original video is required. If your video has not been published publicly before, it will be posted by the official OpenELAB social media accounts (X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Hackster.io, Github, etc.) with your name credited. If it has already been published on some of the social media platforms, we will repost your credited video or discuss other means of collaboration.
- Submit your video by completing Google Form.
3. Video Requirements
3.1 Products
The video must feature at least one electronic product purchased from the OpenELAB website. You are required to provide a valid order number for verification.
3.2 Content
The video content must cover at least one of the following topics (other creative concepts may be discussed and evaluated separately):
- 1. Topics related to electronic development modules.
- 2. Unboxing, introduction, review, or comparison of OpenELAB products.
- 3. Demonstration of an innovative demo project.
We highly encourage original video design, particularly creative or novel application cases.
3.3 Format
- 1. Duration: Minimum 30 seconds; recommended length is 2–3 minutes. Longer videos can be discussed.
- 2. Resolution: At least 1080P, landscape orientation recommended.
- 3. Quality: Clear audio and visuals, with well-designed video structure and content presentation.
4. Rewards & Bonus
- The review process is normally within 7 working days, and you will be notified of the results via your registered OpenELAB email address.
- Basic Reward:
- 1. For each approved video, you will receive a €10 discount voucher for purchases on the OpenELAB website.
- 2. An approved video will be published on OpenELAB’s official social media channels crediting the video creator.
- "Outstanding Creator Video" Awards:
- 1. The OpenELAB team will select monthly outstanding creator videos based on specific award categories. Winning entries will be showcased in the "Outstanding Creator Moments" section of the OpenELAB website.
- 2. The following awards are each given to one outstanding video per month:
- a. Best Social Contribution Award: For video projects that contribute significantly to the environment, impact positively on society, or inspire innovation in sustainability.
- b. Best Technical Innovation Award: For videos showcasing groundbreaking technical solutions, exceptional engineering, or unique applications of technology.
- c. Best Business Impact Award: For videos that demonstrate strong commercial value, practical real-world application and high market potential.
- Become an OpenELAB Ambassador:
- Authors of outstanding videos will be invited to become “OpenELAB Ambassadors,” enjoying exclusive benefits such as:
- 1. Early access to our latest products.
- 2. Substantial discount vouchers or product sponsorship for new project videos.
- 3. Featured introductions on our official website and social media platforms.

5. Legal & Safety Notice
Before participating in the OpenELAB Creator Program, please be aware of the following:
- 1. Authorization: By submitting your video, you agree to authorize OpenELAB to use your video for promotional purposes, with full credit to you.
- 2. Originality: All submissions must be your own original work and must not involve plagiarism or infringement of third-party rights.
- 3. Safety: Content must comply with safety regulations; hazardous activities are prohibited, and you are solely responsible for safety.
- 4. Tax Responsibilities: Award recipients are responsible for declaring and paying any relevant taxes in accordance with local laws.
- 5. Protection of Minors: If you're a minor or minors appear in your video, you must have the consent of their legal guardians and be able to provide documentation.
