Waveshare SIM8200EA-M2 5G HAT for Raspberry Pi - 5G/4G/3G Module is a high‑performance communication expansion board designed to bring 5G/4G/3G connectivity to Raspberry Pi and other development platforms. Featuring the SIMCom SIM8200EA-M2 module based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon X55 platform, it supports both NSA and SA networking with data rates up to 2.4Gbps (DL) / 500Mbps (UL). The board integrates a standard M.2 connector, USB3.1 port, SIM card slot, audio jack, and decoder, making it suitable for rapid evaluation of 5G modules or integration into applications requiring reliable high‑speed communication. With provided configuration scripts and resources, developers can easily enable 5G networking on Raspberry Pi, Jetson Nano, or PC systems.
