How to Place a Tax-Free B2B Order
Welcome to our B2B wholesale program. If you are a business customer (e.g., EU businesses outside of Germany) eligible for tax exemption, please follow the steps below to successfully place your tax-free order.
Step 1: Add to Cart & Open Cart Drawer Browse our store and add the desired products to your cart. Once you are ready, click the Shopping Bag icon located in the top right corner of the page to open the cart drawer.
Step 2: Go to the Shopping Cart Page To process a business order and apply your VAT exemption, please do not go straight to checkout from the drawer. Instead, click the "View cart" button at the bottom of the cart drawer to enter the full shopping cart page.
Step 3: Verify Your VAT Information On the shopping cart page, locate the "Business Order: Fill in VAT Number" section.
- Enter your contact email address.
- Enter your valid VAT number.
- Click the "Check VAT" button to verify your eligibility.
Once verified, you can proceed to checkout. The system will automatically update and display the tax-free total amount.
