1. Garantie Disclaimer
Tenzij expliciet vermeld in een specifieke overeenkomst of inkooporder, doet OpenELAB geen garanties—uitdrukkelijk of impliciet—met betrekking tot de geschiktheid, geschiktheid of verhandelbaarheid van een product voor een bepaald doel of speciaal gebruik.
2. Garantiebeleid
Garantieperiode
De standaard garantieperiode voor producten verkocht door OpenELAB is 12 maanden vanaf de leveringsdatum.
Onder deze garantie zal OpenELAB redelijke inspanningen leveren om te repareren of te vervangen producten kosteloos als defecten het gevolg zijn van problemen met grondstoffen, ontwerp of productie.
Als het defect onder dit beleid valt maar buiten de gedekte reikwijdte valt, kunnen redelijke kosten in rekening worden gebracht voor reparatie of vervanging.
Na de garantieperiode kan ondersteuning nog steeds beschikbaar zijn tegen een redelijke vergoeding.
Uitsluitingen van de garantie
De garantie is niet van toepassing in de volgende gevallen:
- Het product is buiten de garantieperiode van 12 maanden.
- Schade door verkeerd gebruik, onjuiste onderhoud of opslag, of het niet volgen van de gebruikershandleiding of het handboek.
- Problemen veroorzaakt door Overmacht gebeurtenissen (bijv. natuurrampen, oorlog, juridische veranderingen, enz.).
- Ongeautoriseerde reparatiepogingen door de klant.
- Het product is niet defect, maar is geopend en kan op basis van het beleid niet worden geretourneerd.
3. Retourneren & Terugbetalingen
Als u niet tevreden bent met uw aankoop, komt u mogelijk in aanmerking voor een retour of omruiling:
- Retour voor Terugbetaling: Binnen 15 dagen na ontvangst (ongeopend).
- Retour voor Vervanging: Binnen 30 dagen na ontvangst (beschadigd of defect).
- Ruilvenster: Tot 30 dagen na ontvangst.
Stuur ons een e-mail op info@openelab.io voor een retourautorisatie voordat je iets terugstuurt.
Retourvoorwaarden
- Items moeten in originele, schone en mintconditie zijn met de verpakking intact.
- Retourneren van beschadigde, gebruikte, gekraste, gewijzigde of geprogrammeerde artikelen wordt niet geaccepteerd.
- Voeg de bon toe, een korte notitie met uw naam, ordernummer en reden voor retour.
Verzendkosten en kosten
- Klanten zijn verantwoordelijk voor de retourverzending naar onze magazijnen in Europa, de VS of China.
- Terugbetalingen kunnen onderhevig zijn aan extra verzendkosten, tenzij de retourzending het gevolg is van onze fout.
- Er wordt een vast verzendkosten van €8 in rekening gebracht voor geretourneerde artikelen die oorspronkelijk in aanmerking kwamen voor gratis verzending.
Betalingsplatformkosten
Voor terugbetalingen die via derde partijen zoals PayPal of Braintree worden verwerkt, kan een standaard 3,5% servicekosten worden afgetrokken om de kosten voor betalingsverwerking te dekken.
