SC7A20H is a low - cost tilt angle measurement module integrating an MCU and built-in core algorithms. It selects a three-axis gravitational acceleration sensor for basic data collection and an ultra-low power consumption MCU for data processing. The product outputs angle values. Users do not need secondary development and can achieve data calibration and selection through commands.

Product Parameters

Module power supply: 3 - 6V (Max)
Module output angle range: 0 - 180°

Wiring Methods

  1. Connect to the computer using a serial port tool. The output data can be directly seen during serial port debugging, and control can be achieved through commands.
  2. It can be integrated into products, directly connected to the MCU serial port, and data reading control can be achieved through programming.
For the above two methods, pay attention to the wiring methods of TX and RX, and they need to share the ground.

Module Command Introduction is as follows:

Send the character "on" to open the output serial port.
Send the character "off" to close the output serial port.
Send the character "x" to only output the x serial port.
The same applies to outputting y and z.
Send the character "zero" to restore the current position to 0 through the serial port.
Note: The serial port configuration is as follows:
Baud rate: 9600
8 data bits
1 stop bit
No parity bit

SC7A20H is a high-precision digital three-axis acceleration sensor chip with richer built-in functions, lower power consumption, smaller size, and more accurate measurement. The SC7 chip communicates with the MCU through the I2C/SPI interface, and the acceleration measurement data can be obtained in an interrupt or polling manner. The INT1 and INT2 interrupt pins provide a variety of internally self-detected interrupt signals, which are suitable for various motion detection scenarios.
The interrupt sources include 6D/4D direction detection interrupt signals, free-fall detection interrupt signals, sleep and wake-up detection interrupt signals, and single-click and double-click detection interrupt signals. The chip has a built-in high-precision calibration module to accurately compensate for the offset and gain errors of the sensor. There are four adjustable full-scale measurement ranges of ±2G, ±4G, ±8G, and ±16G, which can flexibly measure the external acceleration, and the output data rate can be selected between 1.56Hz and 4.434kHz.
The built-in self-test function of the chip allows the customer system to detect the system functions during testing, eliminating the need for complex turntable testing.
