The Roller485 Unit is a brushless DC motor (BLDC) motion actuator kit that's integrated with multiple control functions and designed with your needs in mind. It's perfect for efficient motion control! This product is ready to work with you! It supports 6-16V DC power input (via PWR485 interface) or 5V input (via Grove interface). It can even automatically adjust the power coefficient to ensure optimal performance! This amazing product features an internal FOC closed-loop drive system and uses a 3504 200KV brushless motor, with a maximum continuous phase current of 0.5A without forced cooling, and a short-term peak current of 1A. The driver uses a magnetic encoder for feedback, which is great for keeping an eye on things like current, speed, and position. This helps to make sure everything is running smoothly and precisely. The device's axle can be equipped with an optional slip ring, which is really handy! This allows the top Grove interface to remain connected to the bottom, enabling the expansion of additional modules while supporting 360° rotation. This also ensures power supply and data transmission to the rotating part, which is great!

And there's more! The back of the device features a 0.66-inch OLED display that can show real-time status, along with RGB indicator lights and function buttons for easy human-machine interaction. We've made it super easy for you to set up and integrate this product! The top and base are designed with LEGO-compatible mounting holes and M3 screw holes, so you can get started right away. We're happy to say that the Roller485 Unit's hardware and software are fully open-source! This means you can use motion control and parameter adjustment via RS485 or I2C buses. We've also made sure you have plenty of ways to debug your software, with both SWD and SWO interfaces. This product is a real workhorse! It's used in robotic joints, motion control, industrial automation, and visual demonstration projects.
