The Rd-03L is a battery-powered, ultra-low-power radar module. The module contains extremely simplified 24GHz millimeter wave sensor hardware and low-power human presence sensing intelligent algorithm firmware.

Rd-03L is equipped with AIOT millimeter-wave sensor SoCICL1112, a high-performance 24GHz single-transmitter-receiver antenna, and peripheral circuits. ICL1112 is an μA-class 24G single-transmitter-receiver millimeter-wave sensor chip that combines ultra-low power consumption (55uA) and ultra-robust range-finding capability. It operates in the K-band of 24GHz and uses an FMCW continuous wave to detect the target in the set space.
The low-power human presence sensing algorithm firmware is mainly used in indoor scenarios, sensing whether there is a moving or slightly moving human body in the area P in low-power mode, and refreshing the detection results in real-time.


Rd-03L's sensing distance can reach up to 8 meters, and it can be easily configured with different trigger and hold thresholds for different ranges of sensing distances, human body presence status, target human body distance reporting frequency, and unoccupied reporting time.
Rd-03L supports GPIO and UART interfaces, plug and play, and can be flexibly applied to different intelligent scenarios and terminal products.
