    • If the LED blinks rapidly, it indicates a short circuit on the microcontroller's PB or PC ports (connected to the LCD). Troubleshoot by checking for short circuits.
    • If the LED blinks every 4 seconds, it suggests an open circuit on the relevant connections. Use a voltmeter to locate the fault, following the instructions in the manual.
