LED is the abbreviation of light-emitting diode, which is made of mixed compounds, namely gallium (Ga), arsenic (AS), and phosphorus (P). Gallium phosphide diodes emit red light, gallium phosphide diodes emit green light, and silicon carbide diodes emit yellow light. The reverse breakdown voltage of the light-emitting diode is 5v. Its positive volt-ampere characteristic curve is too steep, and the module is equipped with a current-limiting resistor to control the current flowing through the pipe when in use. The traffic light is equipped with 3 LED lights of different colors on the board, and the light can be turned on and off by controlling the corresponding pins.
