The M5Station-485 is a multifunctional industrial-grade programmable embedded Internet of Things (IoT) development kit, featuring the Espressif ESP32 System on Chip (SoC). It is equipped with an integrated Wi-Fi solution and a dual-core low-power Xtensa® 32-bit LX6 microprocessor, which operates at a maximum main frequency of 240 MHz. The M5Station-485 provides robust performance suitable for an extensive array of applications.
The M5Station-485 is equipped with 16 megabytes of FLASH memory and features a 1.14-inch full-color HD IPS display with a resolution of 240x135 pixels, providing a vibrant and intuitive Human-Machine Interface (HMI). The device incorporates a physical keypad alongside various peripherals, including three programmable keys and seven programmable RGB LEDs, which collectively enhance the user experience and facilitate seamless interaction with the device.
The M5Station-485 presents a variety of power supply options, which include USB Type-C, PWR485, and an external battery, with a battery socket reserved on the board. Its integrated high power density boost DC/DC converter, SCT12A0DHKR, guarantees stable performance even within complex applications. Consequently, this device is an optimal solution for industrial control systems, intelligent buildings, multi-channel data acquisition nodes, and prototyping applications.
