Livox AVIA2 High-Performance Fiber Laser LiDAR with Fan is a with-fan industrial LiDAR configuration for long-range monitoring, infrastructure protection, rail and energy corridors, port and waterway monitoring, and wide-area object detection.

This AVIA2 listing uses the current AVIA2 source data for the with-fan version: 1535 nm fiber laser, switchable 80° x 80° Normal mode and 15° x 15° Focus mode, and long-range detection data listed at >= 500 m in Normal mode and >= 650 m in Focus mode at 10% reflectivity.

Note: AVIA2 is currently handled as a pre-sale product. For project schedules, confirm the latest lead time before planning installation or field deployment.

Features

  • 1535 nm fiber laser architecture - Current AVIA2 source data lists a 1535 nm fiber laser design for long-range LiDAR sensing.
  • Switchable dual-FOV operation - Normal mode provides 80° x 80° coverage, while Focus mode provides 15° x 15° focused long-distance sensing.
  • Long-range low-reflectivity detection - Current AVIA2 source data lists >= 500 m in Normal mode and >= 650 m in Focus mode at 10% reflectivity.
  • Industrial with-fan configuration - The active fan version is intended for continuous monitoring workflows where thermal management matters.
  • Non-repetitive scan pattern - Supports dense point-cloud accumulation of static scenes as observation time increases.
  • Fine target detail - Source data lists an approximately 2.5 cm laser spot at 100 m for edge and gap detection tasks.
  • Weather-oriented outdoor sensing - Source data lists rain / fog noise filtering support for demanding industrial scenes.
  • Corrected protection rating - This with-fan listing uses housing IP66 and fan IP55, not an AVIA2 IP67 claim.
  • Livox software ecosystem - Current source material lists official firmware, SDK, ROS driver, and Livox Viewer 2 support.

FAQ

This listing is for the with-fan AVIA2 configuration.

The older AVIA official spec page lists a 905 nm laser, while the current AVIA2 source data lists a 1535 nm fiber laser and switchable wide-FOV / focus modes.

The current AVIA2 source data lists >= 500 m in Normal mode and >= 650 m in Focus mode at 10% reflectivity.

The current AVIA2 source data lists 80° x 80° in Normal mode and 15° x 15° in Focus mode.

Use 350,000 pts/s in Normal mode and 100,000 pts/s in Focus mode. The previous broad comparison value has been removed from AVIA2 because it did not match the current AVIA2 source data.

No IP67 claim is used for AVIA2 here. This with-fan listing uses housing IP66 and fan IP55 according to the current AVIA2 source data.

The confirmed packing list on this Shopify listing includes one Livox AVIA2 LiDAR sensor, with-fan version. Cables or additional accessories should be confirmed separately if required for integration.

During this check, a public Livox AVIA2 full specification page was not available on the official Livox English website. The AVIA2 values in this description are kept to the current source data and the AVIA comparison values are tied to the official AVIA spec page.
