The Gravity: I2C Non-contact IR Temperature Sensor uses the MLX90614-DCC infrared sensor chip to accurately measure surface temperature without any physical contact. By detecting infrared radiation energy, this module enables reliable temperature readings ranging from -70.01°C to +380°C.
It is ideal for body temperature detection, environmental monitoring, home automation, automotive electronics, and medical applications. The onboard MLX90614 sensor is factory calibrated and integrates a 17-bit ADC and DSP for high accuracy. The medical-grade version offers up to ±0.2°C accuracy in the human body temperature range.
