🔍 Introduction
🧵 Nylon PA12 is widely used in 3D printing for prototyping and end-use products due to its excellent mechanical properties. It reduces costs and time while offering great flexibility in customization.
⚡ With 15% carbon fiber added, its chemical resistance and mechanical strength are further improved. It also provides better printability, dimensional accuracy, and lower shrinkage. This high-performance PA12+CF combo is widely used in robots, drones, automotive, and aviation industries.
⚠️ As an abrasive material, ePA12+CF filament can wear out and clog standard 0.4mm brass nozzles quickly. Hardened steel nozzles with larger diameters (0.6mm+) are highly recommended. For better finish and layer adhesion, dry the filament before printing and maintain a constant ambient temperature using a filament dryer or enclosure.
