The SEN0395 is capable of detecting both stillness and motion, delivering reliable performance in challenging environments such as smart restrooms, offices, homes, and wearable devices.
What is mmWave Radar?
mmWave radar, like that used in the SEN0395, transmits electromagnetic waves in the 24GHz to 300GHz range, allowing it to detect the position, motion, and presence of objects—including humans—by analyzing signal reflections. Unlike PIR or ultrasonic sensors, mmWave sensors, such as the SEN0395, offer greater accuracy, penetration through barriers, and resistance to interference from ambient light, temperature, or dust.
