Rd-Kit is a radar test baseboard developed by Assurant. Its core processor, PHY6252(SSOR24), is a highly integrated low-power Bluetooth system-on-chip (SoC), which has been developed to adapt to six radars, namely, Rd-02B, Rd-02C, Rd-03, Rd-03D, Rd-03E, and Rd-04, and is specially designed for radar debugging scenarios.
The PHY6252(SSOP24) chip has industry-leading low-power performance and RF performance, supports Bluetooth BLE5.2, built-in 64KB SRAM, 256KB flash, 96KB ROM, and 2566 bitfuse. the chip supports multiple low-power operating states, which can meet the power consumption requirements of various application scenarios. RF output power can be adjusted to achieve a balance between communication distance, communication rate, and power consumption.
Rd-Kit has five LEDs, two buttons, six radar holders, and one Type-C port.
The factory firmware is equipped with ‘Ai Net Assistant’, an App developed by Assurant, through which data detection and parameter adjustment can be carried out for six types of radars, Rd-02B, Rd-02C, Rd-03, Rd-03D, Rd-03E, and Rd-04.
The Bluetooth chip reset button and the serial port power failure reset button of the radar are designed.
