The URM06-PULSE Ultrasonic Distance Sensor is a high-performance, narrow-beam sensor designed for accurate and long-range distance measurement. It calculates the distance to a target object by emitting ultrasonic pulses and measuring the time it takes for the echo to return. This makes it ideal for detecting displacement, thickness, distance, water levels, material levels, and even transparent surfaces.
The sensor offers a detection range from 20 cm to 10 meters with a fine 1 cm resolution, making it suitable for both close-range and extended sensing tasks. Its 15° beam angle provides focused, directional detection with excellent sensitivity, especially effective for soft or non-reflective targets.
Housed in a durable PVC enclosure and designed to fit 35 mm electrical pipe mounting, the URM06 is robust and easy to install in demanding environments. The TTL pulse interface ensures fast and efficient data communication with embedded systems.
