Keyestudio REV4 is a microcontroller board based on the ATmega328. It includes 14 digital input/output pins (with 6 capable of PWM output), 6 analog inputs, a 16 MHz ceramic resonator, a USB connection, a power jack, an ICSP header, and a reset button. This board contains everything necessary to support the microcontroller; you just need to connect it to a computer via a USB cable or power it using an AC-to-DC adapter or battery to get started.
One key difference of the REV4 from previous models is that it does not use the FTDI USB-to-serial driver chip. Instead, it features the Atmega16U2, which is programmed to act as a USB-to-serial converter.
