This pressure sensor converts the pressure applied to the thin-film area of the FSR sensor into a change in resistance value, thereby obtaining pressure information. The greater the pressure, the lower the resistance. It is allowed to be used in scenarios where the pressure is 0g-10kg.

It can be used within a range of 10kg, but it is more sensitive when the pressure is below 2kg, and the signal change is obvious. The change is not obvious when the pressure is higher than 2kg.

It can be used for end-of-arm sensing of mechanical grippers to detect whether there are gripped objects, ground sensing under the feet of bipedal robots and spider robots, and bite-force testing in biological experiments on mammals. Its application range is extremely wide. However, due to the fact that the pressure detection is not very precise, it is not recommended for use in scenarios where precise pressure measurement is required.
