Brief Introduction
The ESP32-S3-WROOM-1 and ESP32-S3-WROOM-1U are two powerful general-purpose Wi-Fi + Bluetooth LE MCU modules built on the ESP32-S3 family of SoCs. In addition to a rich set of peripherals, the neural network computation and signal processing workload acceleration provided by the SoCs make these modules ideal for a wide range of application scenarios related to Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things (AIoT), such as wake word detection, voice command recognition, face detection and recognition, smart home, smart home appliances, smart control panels, smart speakers, and more.
ESP32-S3-WROOM-1 comes with PCB antenna.ESP32-S3-WROOM-1U comes with external antenna connector. As shown in Table 1, customers can choose from a variety of module variants. The modules embedded in the ESP32-S3R8 operate at an ambient temperature of -40 ~ 65 °C, the ESP32-S3-WROOM-1-H4 and ESP32-S3-WROOM-1U-H4 operate at an ambient temperature of -40 ~ 105 °C, and the other modules operate at -40 ~ 85 °C. The ESP32-S3-WROOM-1-H4 and ESP32-S3-WROOM-1U-H4 have a PCB antenna, and the ESP32-S3-WROOM-1U has an external antenna connector.
