The ESP32-S2-WROOM and ESP32-S2-WROOM-I are versatile Wi-Fi MCU modules with powerful features and a wide range of peripheral interfaces, suitable for applications such as wearable electronics and smart home devices. The ESP32-S2-WROOM uses an onboard PCB antenna, while the ESP32-S2-WROOM-I connects to an external antenna via a connector. Both modules are equipped with 4 MB of external SPI flash, and the information in this document applies to both modules.
