Designed for High-Speed Printing
The RAPID PLA+ filament offers exceptional dimensional accuracy of ±0.02mm with a precise 1.75mm diameter, ensuring smooth and consistent extrusion while minimizing the risk of nozzle clogging.
Through advanced material optimization and balanced molecular properties, the filament absorbs heat quickly and melts evenly, enabling stable extrusion and delivering flawless, consistent prints even at speeds up to 250mm/s (tested on the Neptune 4 series).
Tangle-Free & Neatly Wound
Each spool is mechanically wound with secondary sub-winding and undergoes strict manual inspection to guarantee neat arrangement, reducing tangles and breakage.
Made from renewable resources, the filament is eco-friendly, safe, and biodegradable, making it a sustainable choice for all printing needs. To further enhance sustainability, every spool is packaged on a cardboard reel that degrades faster than plastic alternatives. In addition, three monitoring holes allow easy tracking of remaining filament for timely replacement.
Broad Compatibility
All RAPID PLA+ filaments are vacuum-sealed with desiccant to protect against moisture and dust. They are fully compatible with most 1.75mm FDM 3D printers, ensuring reliable performance across a wide range of devices.
